A classic with a fresh garlic flavour.
2 tsp Oil
1 Egg (Whisked)
1/2 tsp Mashed Ginger
6-7 Garlic Cloves (Mashed)
1 Chopped Red Chilli
1 Bowl of Steamed Rice
1In a pan add oil.
2Add the egg. Cook for a minute.
3Add the ginger, garlic,and red chillies.
4Add the steamed rice. Toss well.
5Add salt, pepper and soya sauce.
6Garnish with coriander leaves.
